Dr. Kurt holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Boğaziçi University and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa. After two decades of experience in Telecommunication and Banking sectors as a Fintech Entrepreneur,  in 2018, Dr. Kurt founded H3M Analytics, focusing on artificial intelligence solutions for anti-money laundering (AML). Recognized by MIT Technology Review as one of the top innovators under 35, he was also named Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Turkey by the President of Turkey.

Dr. Ketenci earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Galatasaray University, an M.S. from University Joseph Fourier in Grenoble, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Valenciennes. He served as a Research Assistant with the Décision, Interaction, Mobilité Team at LAMIH, University Polytechnique of Valenciennes, from 2013 to 2014. Since 2014, he has worked as a data scientist in the banking and finance sectors. As a co-founder of H3M Analytics, Dr. Ketenci leads the technical teams as CTO, driving innovation and development in AI-powered compliance solutions. He has authored numerous articles in leading journals and conferences, with research interests in multi-agent systems and machine learning.

Dr. Safkan graduated from Boğaziçi University in 1995 with a double major in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Physics and earned his Ph.D. in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2001. His extensive career spans entrepreneurship, management, consulting, and executive roles at companies such as Google, Akbank, Hepsiburada, and more. Dr. Safkan has also taught physics and engineering courses at Boğaziçi University and Yeditepe University, covering a range of topics including programming, quantum computing, and database management. His expertise lies in software development and software management.
